Rieke Art Fair 2026

Join us at the Annual Rieke Art Fair! Experience a day of creativity and community in the heart of SW Portland. This free, family-friendly event features:

  • Shop Local: Dozens of artists selling jewelry, ceramics, paintings, and apparel.

  • Get Creative: Face painting, an art scavenger hunt, and hands-on art activities.

  • Enjoy the Vibes: Live music and a student art exhibit showcasing Rieke’s incredible art program!

Running alongside the Hillsdale Farmers' Market, it’s the perfect way to support our local public school while enjoying the best of the neighborhood. See you there!

2026 Participating Artists

From art created from vintage objects to prints paintings, candles, ceramics, jewelry, toys, and so much more- you are sure to find one-of-a-kind meaningful gifts (for yourself or others!) all handmade in our community. Here are the selected artists for 2026:

  • A Tea Leaf Jewelry- Nature inspired jewelry & suncatchers featuring original hand-drawn designs

  • Audrey Sauble- Picture books and activity books with science or nature themes, plus related stickers and art prints

  • Berkley Illustration- Art and stuff

  • The Bloop Bean- Character driven (the bean!) functional ceramics (mugs, bowls, shakers), prints, stickers

  • Bridgetown Sparrow Ceramics- Hand thrown porcelain. Design work on the pieces is all based around the philosophy of sigils and runes.

  • Carley King Jewels- A boutique jewelry brand that bridges crystal-infused energy with modern design sensibilities, catering to people who want accessories that feel magical, meaningful, and stylish.

  • The Coworkers Collective- Multidisciplinary artists working in painting, print, textiles, and ceramics.

  • Darah Lundberg Ceramics- This porcelain/stoneware work is thrown and hand built, functional and/or sculptural.

  • Gay Crochet Co.- Crochet plush and accessories with an emphasis on cute and queer.

  • Glow by Day Candle Company- 100% soy wax, cotton wick candles in a variety of vessels including tins, jars, and hand made cement vessels. Wax melts too!

  • Hiss Buzz Hum- A vibrant collection of cards, prints, magnets and original art featuring insects, birds and other creatures nestled among plants and flowers.

  • Holliday- Hand painted canvas, and screen printed cards and t-shirts

  • Karen Farmer Art- Watercolor originals and prints.

  • Katie Flack Painted Dots- Hand-painted, freehand dot and mandala-inspired artwork created on natural stones and canvas

  • Lacy Lowry Fine Art- Abstract & Abstract Landscape Paintings

  • Lulu Ludlum- Portland, Oregon based collage, photography, and sculpture artist.

  • Lumpy Hamburger- Puns and pugs! Watercolor illustrations.

  • Luna B Jewelry- Portland-based brand creating handmade, laser-cut jewelry and accessories with a playful spirit.

  • Nimasprout- Fine art prints, stationary, and small gifts with handmade touches like bookmarks.

  • Nuage Blanc- Original woodblock prints, small tapestries & handwoven scarves and towels

  • Pools of Light- Hand-beaded earrings and hand-fabricated brass jewelry. That includes charms, earrings, rings and bangles

  • Portland Clay House- Handmade ceramics.

  • Recollected Pieces LLC- wearable art pieces made from pressed flower petals under resin. Locally sourced and hand-pressed, each one-of-a-kind piece is showcases the natural beauty of nature.

  • Scylla & Stone- As a former museum educator, I now bring the museum to you! Hand-forged fine jewelry infused with history, folklore, and mythology.

  • Swaim Beadwork- Handwoven beaded jewelry

  • The Remedy Candle & Aromatherapy- Hair product line and hand made organic soy candles, wax melts, room sprays and fragrance rollers in our own signature scents.

  • Wander Free and Queer- Stickers, magnets, enamel pins, embroidered patches, hand-drawn maps of PNW favorites, wearable items such as rainbow keychains, sprout bookmarks, mushroom garlands, beanies and other products that uplift and empower the LGBTQ+ community, particularly in accessing the outdoors.

Rieke Art Fair Artist/ Vendor Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the Rieke Art Fair?

The Rieke Art Fair takes place in Rieke’s gymnasium. All artist vendor booths will be inside the building.

What are the dates and times for the Rieke Art Fair?

May 3, 2025. 9:00 am - 2:00pm

How do I become a vendor at the Rieke Art Fair?

Submit an application online here.

What is the deadline to apply?

The deadline to apply is March 8, 2026

Is there a fee to apply to be an artist vendor at the Rieke Art Fair?

No, there is no fee to apply.

When will I hear if I have been accepted?

We will notify everyone by March 18, 2026

Can I cancel my booth reservation at any time?

Please only apply if you are sure you can participate. We will be unable to offer refunds on booth fees.

Can I share a booth with another vendor?

Yes, if you note the person you wish to share a booth with in your application form.

How big are the booth spaces?

There are two booth spaces available.

·       5x10 for $100

·       10x10 for $125

Can students apply?

Vendors must be 18 or older

What are the days and times for artist vendors to set-up for the Rieke Art Fair?

We will have two options for set up times: 

4:00 - 6:00 pm on Saturday May 2, 2025

8:00 - 9:00 am on the date of the show, Sunday May 3


All booths must be ready before 9:00am on Sunday, May 3rd

What are the hours for taking down booths after the fair?

At the end of the Fair, artist vendors have until 4:00pm on Sunday, May 4th to remove all artwork and booth equipment. They may not begin breakdown until after the fair is over at 2:00pm on May 4th.

What are the requirements for display?

All work should be ‘retail-ready’ (e.g.,signed/labeled, ready to hang, display cases for jewelry/cards).

What are the booth fees?

Booth fees are $100 for 5x10 and $125 for 10x10 booth. There is no additional charge for percentage of sales.

When are booth fees due?

Artists must pay 100% of the booth fee within one week of acceptance.

What kinds of art and goods are accept
ed at the Rieke Art Fair?
We are looking for handmade, unique art and crafts products. We will not accept mass-produced items, imported goods, or multi-level marketing companies.

How will payment transactions be handled?

Artist must have their own means of collecting funds. (Square, Venmo) and enough cash to make change.

Does Rieke provide tables, chairs and coverings or should I bring my own?

Rieke does not provide any tables, chairs or table coverings.
