Welcome Back Picnic
Join us at the Welcome Back Picnic on Thursday, Sept. 3, from 6–8 p.m. for pizza, drinks, and a bake sale hosted by 5th grade. Afterschool programs will have tables set up to learn more.
While you’re there: Share a Book, Take a Book from the new Little Free Library, installed this summer at the Rieke Outdoor Classroom (ROC)!

Rieke Beautification Day
Join the PTA to help spruce up Rieke for the new school year from 9:30-11:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 22. Wear work clothes and bring your gloves, rakes, and other tools that might be helpful.

Multnomah Days Parade
Come decked out in Rieke spirit wear or your favorite rocket costume and walk with the Rieke community! Join us representing Rieke in the Multnomah Days Parade on Saturday, August 15.
Want to make a sign first? Join us at the Hillsdale Neighborhood Association's National Night Out Picnic in the Park on August 12, 5:30–8pm — the Rieke PTA will have supplies on hand for sign- and decoration-making.
Line-up: 9:30–9:50am

Pie Sale

PTA has partnered with Willamette Valley Pies to create delicious memories for your mouth and raise funds towards our goal of increasing educational supports for our students.
Purchase pies via the Rieke Store.
Pick up is November 19th between 2:30 pm and 3:30 pm
Pies will be delivered frozen to Rieke on November 19th in the afternoon, and make a plan to pick them up by 3:30 (or ask a friend). We will not have storage for pies that are not picked up and will be forced to donate them on your behalf to others in need.
Want to go even further - tell your neighbors to order some pies and that you’ll even pick them up!
Move & Run for Rieke
You are welcome to join us on the Rieke field tomorrow for the Move-a-thon. K-2 participate from 1:00-1:40 and 3-5 will be moving from 1:45-2:25. All visitors all need to sign in through the office before heading outside. Log movement and donate here https://psqr.io/-3n_Xfj-8d
