The PTA Board is looking for someone to fill remaining positions: Communication Chair, Treasurer, and Volunteer Chair. We meet once a month over Zoom and ask Board members to attend the PTA General meetings.

TAKE THE LEAD: SCIENCE FAIR:

Take the Lead! We are looking for someone to coordinate the science fair. This job requires coordinating with event guests (ie. reptile man, 5th grade bake sale, science demonstrations), training volunteers, and advertising the science fair. FEBRUARY.

TAKE THE LEAD: BOOK FAIR

We are looking for a volunteer or a team to take over the logistics of the book sale. This job includes coordinating dates, and training volunteers. The book fair usually occurs in October.

TAKE THE LEAD: PLAN MOVIE NIGHTS

Kids and families have enjoyed having movie nights during the year and it is a great fundraiser for the PTA!  It can be structured a few different ways (K/1, 2/3, and 4/5, or k-2 and 3-5) and that will determine how many events to run.  If it is broken down into 3 groups then it can be scattered thru the year, if it is two groups than we like to do 2 in the fall and 2 in the spring.  This role entails securing the space, advertising the event, setting up the movie with AV Equipment, potentially providing popcorn/ pizza, and potentially securing childcare.
